Can't thank this company enough. I have 3 antique items that are 150 yrs old, ( the Declaration of Independence furniture) that were professionally padded and then crated and survived a 1700 mile move. When uncrated, not a scratch was noted. This team was professional, courteous and very caring for my furniture. Highly recommend this company.

Overall, I was very pleased with the crew and staff. They were professional, courteous, and handled everything with care. The move went smoothly, and I am grateful for their hard work. Love that there was lots of communication trough out the process even after the delivery.

Michelle, Leticia, and Kevin and his team of movers were amazing and I highly recommend! The move from Houston to Dallas went without one hitch! Amazing job packing with not one item damaged or broken and everything was placed as needed! Some of the largest items went up winding and narrow stairs and there was no issues!

I work with these guys on a daily basis, between Jim and his team of Scott & Billy, I have zero doubts I have found some of the best 3rd party service providers in the moving industry. Jim is a knowledgable and hard work business man and his value prop of his business is a clear winner for us.

Our artwork was efficiently uncrated and our metal sculpture was beautifully mounted. Options were discussed and the gentlemen doing the job made sure we were happy with where and how the sculpture was hung. At the conclusion of the job all of the crating materials were cleaned up and hauled away. Excellent service. We highly recommend Relo Solutions Group.

Great experience with Relo with moving our Peloton Tread cross country. They did an amazing job disassembling and packing the tread. It arrived perfectly. Then Ethan from Relo arrived to put it back together. He made sure everything was working and did a terrific job!

My company works with Relo as a vendor on a regular basis. We also provide services for some of their competitors, so I am able to make a pretty accurate comparison. Their staff and level of quality is well above their competition. Many nationwide 3rd party companies focus of checking the “complete” box for a job instead of making sure things are done correctly and ensuring the clients are happy - Relo has been setting the bar higher.

The crew was hired to crate and uncrate a large (6x4), antique mirror. Both teams were polite and able to get the work done quickly. Would definitely recommend for crating projects.

My firm was informed by one of our clients that they would be closing down all of their 29 stores, and that all of our consignment product would need to be picked up few weeks of notice. Therefore, It was imperative to find a firm that could coordinate with all the stores, had a national footprint and that they can expeditiously handle the entire project which entailed 1) Have Service Crews that are background checked. 2) Having a provider network that can be responsive to getting jobs don within 24-48 hours. 3) Having a firm that could do the entire project which entailed, packaging , consolidating product an also manage the transportation. Relo Solutions Group came through for us! I would recommend them for managing store closures and logistic services

Was recommended to use Jim and team to move a piece of exercise equipment. Called Jim and told him what I needed done and told him my time frame which was only a few days away. Jim whipped up a proposal that day and I accepted. Just three days later, his crew dis-assembled, moved 35 miles, and reassembled said piece at my residence. His crew was great and very professional and personable, and not to mention very respectful, here and these Covid times. Highly Recommend!
